Every Victim, Every Right
ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN
Domestic abuse is considered a gendered crime - but the victims shouldn't be treated as such.
There is an idea in society that domestic abuse is committed by males and suffered by female victims. 92% of men are the abusers in a prosecution case (Women's Aid, 2018).
However, men are also victims and this is not fairly represented. One in three victims are men. This isn't talked about enough.
This campaign is not an an attack on female victims; nor the services out there who work relentlessly and passionately to protect vulnerable women and children.
I'm working on this because more has to be done, for everyone.

Every victim is a victim, no matter gender or sexuality - no matter the gender of the abuser.
